Comment: The main (morphologic) differential diagnosis is clear cell renal cell carcinoma. The immunoprofile of this lesion is like clear cell tubulopapillary renal cell carcinoma (also known as clear cell papillary RCC); it is CK7 positive, CD10 negative, AMACR negative, PAX8 positive.[1] One should check if there is a kidney mass.
