The paratesticular region, also paratestis, is rarely seen by the pathologist.

General

Includes:

Paratesticular lesions

Mesothelioma - see below.
Muellerian neoplasm.
Rete testis carcinoma.
Epididymal neoplasm.
Metastatic carcinoma.
Fibrous pseudotumour of the paratesticular region.

Mesothelial tumours

Benign:

Adenomatoid tumour.
Well-differentiated papillary mesothelioma (WDPM).

Malignant:

Malignant mesothelioma.
