Human papillomavirus-related multiphenotypic sinonasal carcinoma, abbreviated HPV-related multiphenotypic sinonasal carcinoma, is a rare malignant tumour of the head and neck.[1]
It is also known as human papillomavirus-related carcinoma with adenoid cystic-like features (abbreviated HPV-related carcinoma with AdCC-like features).[2]

- Very rare diagnosis - recently described.[3]
- Associated with human papillomavirus (HPV).
- An analogous tumour has been described in the breast.[4]
Microscopic
Features:
- Adenoid cystic carcinoma-like morphology with:
- Squamous dysplasia of surface epithelium.
- Squamous differentiation within tumour.
Notes:
- Perineural invasion rare.
- Bony invasion rare.

- Adenoid cystic carcinoma.
- Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma.
