Human papillomavirus-related multiphenotypic sinonasal carcinoma, abbreviated HPV-related multiphenotypic sinonasal carcinoma, is a rare malignant tumour of the head and neck.[1]

It is also known as human papillomavirus-related carcinoma with adenoid cystic-like features (abbreviated HPV-related carcinoma with AdCC-like features).[2]

Features:

  • Adenoid cystic carcinoma-like morphology with:
    • Squamous dysplasia of surface epithelium.
    • Squamous differentiation within tumour.

Notes:
