In these types of cases, the history should be scrutinized for a history of colorectal carcinoma and urothelial carcinoma. A history of urothelial carcinoma raises the possibility of urothelial carcinoma with glandular differentiation. It's not urachal adenocarcinoma as it isn't in the dome. |
