WT-1 staining in glioblastoma.
Wilms Tumor Protein 1, commonly known by the abbreviation WT-1, is a commonly used immunostain in gynecologic pathology and neuropathology.
Tumours with positive staining
- Astrocytoma/Glioblastoma (cytoplasmic) ~80-90%.[1]
- Malignant mesothelioma.[2]
