General

  • Redundant skin below the eye with edema.
  • Can be treated with surgical excision.[2]

  • Solar elastosis
  • Edema.

Submitted as "Festoon Left Lower Lid", Excision:
     - Skin with solar changes and edema, compatible with festoon.
     - NEGATIVE for dysplasia and NEGATIVE for malignancy.
