Fibrous pseudotumour of the paratesticular region is a very rare tumour of the paratesticular region.[1]

Microscopic

Features:[2]

  • Spindle cells with
    • Moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm.
    • Indistinct cellular borders.

DDx:[2]

IHC

Features:

  • CD34 -ve.
