Succinate dehydrogenase

Succinate dehydrogenase, abbreviated SDH, is an enzyme complex in the citric acid cycle and electron transport chain. It is localized to the mitochondria.

Immunostain

  • It is used to look for mitochondrial disease.
  • Loss of staining is pathologic.
