Histiocytic sarcoma is a rare tumour.

General

Uncommon.

Microscopic

Features:^[1]

Malignant histiocyte-like cells:
- Nuclear atypia.
- Abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm.

DDx:

Pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma.
Poorly differentiated carcinoma.

CD68 +ve.
