Epithelioid cell lesions are very common in pathology.
Malignant epithelioid lesions are usually a carcinoma.
A short differential diagnosis:
- Carcinoma (primary and metastatic).
- Malignant melanoma.
- Sarcoma.
Epithelioid sarcomas

- Epithelioid sarcoma.
- Epithelioid angiosarcoma.
- Alveolar soft part sarcoma.
