Systemic lupus erythematosus lymphadenopathy is a very rare lymph node pathology seen in systemic lupus erythematosus.

Microscopic

  • Necrosis.
  • Hematoxylin bodies (in necrotic foci).
    • Dark blue irregular bodies on H&E.
