- Uncommon.
Microscopic

- Malignant histiocyte-like cells:
- Nuclear atypia.
- Abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm.
DDx:
- Pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma.
- Poorly differentiated carcinoma.
