A vesicular nucleus is large and has pale staining/central clearing on routine (H&E) staining.

- Extrarenal malignant rhabdoid tumour.
- Renal rhabdoid tumour.
- Embryonal carcinoma.
- Seminoma.[3]
- Mesoblastic nephroma.
- Endometrial hyperplasia with atypia.
