Endometrium, Curettage:
     - Favour endometrial hyperplasia without atypia, PENDING CONSULT, see comment.

Comment:
The sections show a well sampled endometrium with focally dilated glands lined by cilia. Mitotic figures are easily identified. A mildly increased gland density is present. Focal gland fusion is present. Nuclear atypia is absent.

The findings will be sent to a gynecologic pathologist for review, and the findings from that reported in an addendum.
