**Eosinophilic cytoplasm (on [[H&E stain]]).
***Due to increased number of mitochrondria.
**Fine capillaries.
*Architecture: solid sheets, trabeculae or duct-like structure.<ref name=pmid19796983/>
 
Notes:
*May have clear cell change.
*Multiple small incidental lesions = oncocytosis - ''not'' oncocytoma.
