**Can be sorted-out with IHC (SCC will typically be: p16 +ve, MIB1 +ve).
*[[Exaggerated placental site]].
**Different histomorphology than PSN; EPS:<ref name=pmid19332926/> syncytiotrophoblastic tissue, in cords/nests, no hyaline nodules.
