Features:
*Abundant atypical intravascular lymphoid cells that are:
**Large (~2-3X size of a mature lymphocyte or RBC).
**Nucleolus prominent.
 
Notes:
*It may be hard to find RBCs in the vessels.
*Looks sorta like a [[DLBCL]] -- but is intravascular.
