Submitted as "Rectosigmoid Polyp", Excision:
- Polypoid fragment of colorectal mucosa with epithelial denudation and (lamina propria) 
  smooth muscle hyperplasia, compatible with mucosal prolapse.
- NEGATIVE for evidence of dysplasia.

Comment:
Deepers were cut (x4).
