Müllerian cyst of the vagina is a common benign cyst of the vagina.

  • Common ~30% of vaginal cysts in one series.[1]
  • Benign.

Microscopic

Features:

  • Simple columnar epithelium without atypia.
  • +/-Squamous metaplastic changes.
