Calretinin is a common immunostain.
Positive
- Benign mesothelium, e.g. benign mesothelial inclusion cyst.[1]
- Adrenal.[citation needed]
Malignant/tumour
- Malignant mesothelioma.
- Sex cord-stromal tumours.
- Adrenal cortical carcinoma.
- Colorectal carcinoma -ve/+ve[2] - tend to be MSI-H.[3]
