PARP inhibitors

  • Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARP) inhibitors, e.g. olaparib, target BRCA1/2 mutations.[1]

Molecular panel:

MMR testing

  • MMR deficiency is seen in approximately 3% of prostate cancers.[2]
