Reinke's edema

General

  • Associated with smoking and alcohol.[2][3]
  • Typical presentation: dysphonia.[4]
  • May have DNA copy number variations - but no clearly established link to cancer.[5]

Gross

  • Polypoid enlargement of vocal cords (unilateral or bilateral).
