Good work! I just added the Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCV) IHC stain and elaborated on the CK20 staining pattern. CLL is a nice touch! CLL isn't morphologically in the DDx... but it can transform into a DLBCL -- which is! Michael (talk) 22:58, 7 February 2014 (EST)
