  • Rare.
  • Classically - dome of bladder lesion.
  • Younger <55 years-old.

Microscopic

Patterns

  • Enteric - looks like colonic adenocarcinoma.
  • Mucinous.
  • Signet ring.

DDx

  • Metastatic adenocarcinoma/adenocarcinoma extending from another structure.
  • Adenocarcinoma arising from the urinary bladder.
