Bladder stone

URINARY BLADDER (QUERY STONE), BIOPSY:
- TRANSLUCENT CRYSTALS SEEN WITH POLARIZED LIGHT, CALCIFICATIONS (CONSISTENT WITH
CALCIUM PHOSPHATE) AND ABUNDANT COCCI MICROORGANISMS, SEE COMMENT.
- NO DEFINITE UROTHELIAL MUCOSA IDENTIFIED.
- NO EVIDENCE OF MALIGNANCY.

COMMENT:
The findings are compatible with a bladder stone.
