Gastric xanthoma, abbreviated GX, is an uncommon benign lesion of the stomach.

It is also known as xanthelasma and stomach lipidosis.

  • Benign.

Gross/endoscopic

  • Yellowish nodule or plaque.[1]
    • Classically lesser curvature and antrum.[2]
