Canalicular adenoma is a rare salivary gland tumour.

General

  • Exclusively oral cavity.
    • 80% of lesions on upper lip.

Microscopic

Features:

  • Channels - "beading of cell".
  • Mucoid/hemorrhagic stroma.

  • p63 -ve.
    • Basal cell adenoma p63 +ve.
