Biliary dyskinesia is a hypomotility disorder of the biliary tract. It is an indication for cholecystectomy.^[1]

Clinical diagnosis - based on radiology.
Definition: gallbladder ejection fraction (GBEF) <35%.^[1]

Microscopic

Features:

Non-specific - may have features of chronic cholecystitis.^[1]
