Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, abbreviated ALHE, is a rare lymph node pathology.

General

Microscopic

Features:[1]

  • Marked vascular proliferation.
  • Few lymphoid follicles.
  • Moderate eosinophils.

Negative:

  • No fibrosis.
