Cowper gland adenocarcinoma, also Bulbourethral gland adenocarcinoma, is a cancer of the bulbourethral gland. It is very rare.

- Extremely rare - 9 reported cases in 2016.[1]
Microscopic
- Cribriform or trabecular or solid pattern.
- Cytologically bland morphology.
