Epithelioid cell lesions

Epithelioid cell lesions are very common in pathology.

Malignant epithelioid lesions are usually a carcinoma.

A short differential diagnosis:

Carcinoma (primary and metastatic).
Malignant melanoma.
Sarcoma.

Epithelioid sarcomas

Epitheliod sarcoma.
Epithelioid angiosarcoma.

Others:

Clear cell sarcoma.
