Sending a slide

Click on Upload a Case.
Enter a message in Message for Recipients.
Enter an email address, e.g. andrew.evans@uhn.ca.
Click on Next. (???)
Enter case information -- not required.
Get case - pop-up appears asking for the location of the *.svs file.
- Cases found in Shortcut to Images... .
Click on button New case at the bottom to upload the case. (???)
