Polymorphous light eruption

Polymorphous light eruption, abbreviated PLE or PMLE, is an inflammatory skin disorder characterized by perivascular inflammation.

General

Common, chronic and idiopathic.^[1]
Usually women.^[1]

Microscopic

Perivascular inflammation.

DDx:

Dermatitides with perivascular inflammation.
