Mucosal prolapse syndrome, abbreviated MPS, is a set of benign distal gastrointestinal tract pathologies that includes:[1]
- Rectal prolapse.
- Proctitis cystica profunda.
- Inflammatory cloacogenic polyp.
- Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome.
