Systemic lupus erythematosus lymphadenopathy is a very rare lymph node pathology seen in systemic lupus erythematosus.
General
- Lymphadenopathy associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
Microscopic
Features:[1]
- Necrosis.
- Hematoxylin bodies (in necrotic foci).
- Dark blue irregular bodies on H&E.
