Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast

Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast is a rare type of breast cancer that is similar to a relatively common tumour of the salivary gland.

  • One of the 'good prognosis' triple negative breast cancers - ER, PR and HER2 negative[2]
  • Basal-like breast cancer - p63 and CK5/6 positive[3]
