TRK fusions
TRK fusions are seen in many solid tumours and have targeted drugs.
Genes:
- TRK1
- TRK2
- TRK3
The TRK genes are tyrosine kinase receptors.
Multiple fusion partners for each gene.
Association
- Mammary analogue secretory carcinoma (MASC) - ETV6-NTRK3.[1]
- Secretory breast carcinoma - ETV6-NTRK3.[2]
Drugs
- Merestinib.
- Larotrectinib.
- Others.
