Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis, abbreviated XGC, is an uncommon pathology of the gallbladder.
General
- Uncommon ~ 1-9%.[1][2]
- May be confused with gallbladder carcinoma.[1]

Features:
- Cholesterol clefts.
- Granulomas.
