Cowper gland adenocarcinoma, also bulbourethral gland adenocarcinoma, is a cancer of the bulbourethral gland. It is very rare.
General
- Extremely rare - 9 reported cases in 2016.[1]
Microscopic
- Cribriform ‡ or trabecular or solid pattern.
- Cytologically bland morphology.
Note:
- ‡ May have morphology of adenoid cystic carcinoma and have MYB-NFIB fusion.[2][4]
