Primary seminal vesicle carcinoma is a very rare malignant epithelial tumour of the seminal vesicles.

- Very rare ~ 50 reported cases in 2002.[1]

Features:
- Papillary architecture.
DDx:
- Benign seminal vesicles - may have "monster" cells (large typical cells).
- Prostatic adenocarcinoma.
- Colorectal adenocarcinoma.
- Urothelial carcinoma.
