Cowper gland adenocarcinoma, also bulbourethral gland adenocarcinoma, is a cancer of the bulbourethral gland. It is very rare.

  • Extremely rare - 9 reported cases in 2016.[1]

Microscopic

  • Cribriform ‡ or trabecular or solid pattern.
  • Cytologically bland morphology.
