Glypican 3, abbreviated GPC3,[1] is a common immunostain used in gastrointestinal pathology and genitourinary pathology.

- Hepatocellular carcinoma.[2]
- Malignant melanoma.[2]
- Squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.[2]
- Uncommon in adenocarcinoma of the lung ~3% of cases.[3]
