Biliary dyskinesia is a hypomotility disorder of the biliary tract. It is an indication for cholecystectomy.[1]

- Clinical diagnosis - based on radiology.
- Definition: gallbladder ejection fraction (GBEF) <35%.[1]
Microscopic
Features:
- Non-specific - may have features of chronic cholecystitis.[1]
