Polyp, Colon at 20 cm, Polypectomy: - Polypoid fragment of colonic mucosa with mild active inflammation, mildly prominent smooth muscle and rare histiocytes, see comment. - NEGATIVE for dysplasia. Comment: This may represent prolapsed mucosa. Clinical correlation is required.
