Urothelial carcinoma-like prostatic carcinoma is a prostatic carcinoma that histologically mimics urothelial carcinoma.
It is not a formally recognized type of prostate cancer.

- Uncommon.
Microscopic
Features:
- Large epithelioid cells with prominent nucleoli.
- +/-Papillary structures (pseudopapillae).[1]
- +/-Features suggestive of prostatic carcinoma - cribriforming glands or poorly formed glandular structures.
DDx:
- Urothelial carcinoma.
- Collision tumour consisting of urothelial carcinoma and prostatic carcinoma.
- Other carcinomas.
