Breast fibrocystic changes, also fibrocystic changes (abbreviated FCC), are common changes in the breast that are considered a normal finding.[1]
General
- Really common.[1]
- Benign.
Microscopic
Features:
- Dilated glands - key change.
- Glands normal: two cell layers present.
- Often seen together with apocrine metaplasia.
