Indefinite for dysplasia is a waffle diagnosis common in gastrointestinal pathology.
General
- Should be used sparingly.
Microscopic
Features:
- Surface cannot be seen - classic indication.
- No erosion.
DDx:
- Low-grade dysplasia.
- Reactive changes.
