General
- Extremely rare.
- Hypophosphatemia.[1]
- Most common cause of oncogenic osteomalacia (tumour-induced osteomalacia).[2]

Microscopic
Features:[2]
- Spindle cells without atypia in an eosinophilic matrix.
- Osteoclast-type giant cells.
- +/-Calcifications.
