Clinical triad
- Retinal haemorrhage.
- Subdural haemorrhage (SDH).
- Acute encephalopathy.
- Some say brain swelling.[1]
Pathologic triad
- Subdural haemorrhage (SDH).
- Retinal haemorrhage.
- Retro-orbital haemorrhage. (???)
Other features
Subcortical slit-like haemorrhages:[2][3]
- Classically frontal lobe.
- Shear force.
- Associated with shaken baby.
